Server migration on 1st April 2015

On 1st April 2015, the EConsort server was migrated to a new infrastructure.

The new environment was tested thoroughly to avoid problems. Unfortunately, technology is incalculable and we cannot predict all possible difficulties. All EConsort functions will be being checked regularly the coming few weeks to track down any flaws created during the migration progress.

Does your EConsort website have an external domain name?
The server migration has effected EConsort’s IP address. To assure that your EConsort website stays available, it is crucial to check how the external domain name of your instance’s website is linked to our server. You can find this information once you’ve logged onto the website of your domain name provider. (Usually, this information is set under A records, consult your domain name provider if you have difficulties finding the setting.)

If the domain name refers to EConsort’s IP address (currently 157.193.166.126), you have to change the IP address to the new one: 157.193.231.42.
